BOISE, Idaho (CBS 2) — The Idaho Transportation Department created candy corn traffic cones for Boise's trick or treaters.
ITD worked with local businesses and nonprofits to encourage drivers to watch out for the little monsters running around.
It painted traffic cones to look like candy corn and placed them around the Treasure Valley.
"Halloween is one of the most dangerous nights of the year for kids so we are just trying to remind people to be engaged," ITD said.
All-in-all a pretty fun safety campaign for, what can be, a dangerous holiday for youngsters.
